During the checkout process, you are required to accept both this Zero Tolerance policy and the Sigma Labs US Terms and Conditions of Use. Adherence to these regulations is mandatory and considered a legal obligation. Non-compliance will lead to service denial.

By finalizing my purchase and receiving my shipment, I consent to the following legal stipulations:

2. It is improper to ingest or introduce these products into the body in any form. Sold strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro testing, these chemicals are not to be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other purpose.
3. Customers acknowledge the potential hazards these chemicals pose if misused.
4. Customers concur that the usage of these products is confined to in-vitro research and is not suited for recreational, clinical, dietary, animal, or any unrelated scientific applications.
5. Website users agree to release the owners of Sigma Labs US from any liability for damage arising from the intentional or improper use of the products sold.
6. Employees or representatives of Sigma Labs US are not obligated to provide advice or information regarding the potential human application of any research chemical sold by the company, except to issue a “refusal of service” for inquiries hinting at such use.
7. All customers of Sigma Labs US must understand that the company, or its parent entity, is merely a supplier of chemicals for agricultural/laboratory research and will not provide specific details on the research products sold under any circumstances. Customers are presumed to be competent researchers.
8. Violating these guidelines will result in a denial of service, as deviation from these rules is strictly prohibited under our zero tolerance policy against in vivo use.
9. Notification of Refusal of Service: Any communication suggesting improper use of the products will be met with a “refusal of service” response.
